Music of the Decades

We formed in 2005 and we are continuing to establish ourselves on the local scene and after a year of practice and compilation of set lists, we have played gigs at many different venues in South across the South West.

We are proud to say that whenever we perform we receive high acclaim from both management and audiance alike. In fact we always being re-booked and have taken on private bookings on recommendation. Venues play have included the BSB at the waterfront in Bristol, Dolphin at Oldland, White Lion at Yate, Begbrook Club in Stapleton, Jacksons Social Club Yate, Old Inne Westerleigh, New Inn Westerleigh, Golden Lion Frampton Cotterell, Barrs Court Inn Longwell Green, Red Lion Staple Hill, Star Inn Frampton Cotterell, Rock the Billy Festival and a few others.

We have had many comments from landlords including ‘best band we have had for years’, ‘’brilliant’ etc etc. If you care to contact any of the above venues I am sure you will get a glowing recommendation. Our line up is lead singer/rhythm guitar, lead guitar, keyboards/backing vocals, drums and bass. All members of the band are experienced musicians with many years playing. The band has high quality PA equipment plus lights if needed.

Our set list of over 50 songs from 5 decades includes music from Police, Status Quo, Cliff Richard, Dire Straits, Elvis, Beatles, Elton John, Queen, Pink Floyd, Eric Clapton etc. Most of our songs are pacey dance numbers, but we always throw in a couple of slow numbers later in the sets.
